This portal is the official digital platform supporting the E-Bike / Petrol Bike Scheme, an initiative of the Government of the Punjab in collaboration with the Bank of Punjab (BOP). Our mission is to bring transparency, speed, and accessibility to a large-scale public welfare programme that benefits thousands of students across the province by easing their daily commuting costs and challenges.

Who We Are
The E-Bike Portal is jointly powered by the Government of the Punjab and the Bank of Punjab (BOP). The Government of the Punjab is the policy driver and primary sponsor of the scheme, allocating subsidy funds and setting the framework for equitable distribution across the province. The Bank of Punjab serves as the financing partner, managing loan disbursement, financial scrutiny, and coordination of bike delivery through its network of dealers and distribution hubs. The Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB) provides the technological backbone of the portal, ensuring real-time digital tracking and a smooth, secure user experience.

What We Do
- Maintain the official catalogue of Electric and Petrol Bike models available under the scheme.
- Operate the online e-Balloting system used to select beneficiaries fairly and transparently.
- Provide real-time digital tracking of every bike from dispatch through to delivery.
- Offer a Grievance Redressal channel so students can raise and follow up on concerns.
- Coordinate communication with applicants via SMS, email, and portal notifications.
